We Walk the Site
Call 02 9139 8401 and we book a walkthrough of your building. We note floor types, amenity counts, access hours, bin room location and anything the last contractor kept skipping. Nothing is quoted from a floor plan alone.

You Get the Scope Document
You receive a task list broken down by area and frequency, the roster start time, the named account contact, and the insurance and police-check paperwork. If a line is wrong, it gets changed before the first shift, not after the first invoice.

The Roster Starts and Stays Put
The same cleaners work your site each week, so they learn which rooms are locked on Fridays and which alarm zone trips. Periodic work is calendared in advance. If something is missed, tell your account contact and it is rectified on the next shift at no charge.

How long does it take to start a contract?
Most Sydney sites start within a week of the walkthrough. The walkthrough itself is usually booked inside 48 hours.
Do we have to sign a fixed term?
No. Agreements run month to month with 30 days notice on either side, and the rate does not escalate mid-term.
Who do we call when something is missed?
Your named account contact. They hold your site notes, and a missed item is rectified on the next scheduled shift at no charge.

Standard commercial rosters run from 6pm or before 7am so your staff never work around a mop. Weekend and public holiday shifts are quoted at the same documented rate.

Public liability certificates, SWMS, police checks and SDS sheets are supplied at onboarding and kept current, so your building manager gets them without a chase.
Periodic Work Scheduled Up Front
Carpet extraction, hard-floor strip and seal, and high dusting are booked into the calendar at the start of the year instead of appearing as surprise variations.
